At Conquer Sports LLP, we stand behind the quality of our sports equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-configured equipment or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumables: Opened tins of pellets or cleaning kits.
  • Wearable Gear: Clothing or gloves that have been worn or washed.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us within the 24-hour inspection window mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
